Jess Schores - CYT

As a registered dietitian and a yogi, Jess's main passion is to help individuals tap into the innate strength of their body and their mind. She moved to Colorado in 2021 and completed her 200 hour teacher training focused in vinyasa yoga in 2022.

Jess strives to have yoga be accessible to all individuals and focuses on creating a safe space where people feel supported and connected with each other. Her goal as a yoga teacher is to have students use their intuitive wisdom of their body off the mat as well. When Jess isn't teaching yoga, she is enjoying time in the sun, skiing and cooking.
