Ashiatsu Massage

THE DEEPEST AND MOST LUXURIOUS MASSAGE

Ashiatsu Massage

This is an ancient barefoot technique that’s been modernized by safely securing bars from the ceiling to provide balance and support to the therapist. Ashiatsu works the entire muscle groups making it highly efficient and effective.

Precision and flow combine to achieve complete muscle rehabilitation. The broad surfaces of my feet sink deep into your muscle tissue, which flushes out toxins and providing the perfect pressure.

Craniosacral

A massage for the calm mind and refreshed cranium

Core Synchronism

CST is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of a physiological body system called the craniosacral system - comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord.

Using a soft touch generally no greater than 5 grams, or about the weight of a nickel, practitioners release restrictions in the craniosacral system to improve the functioning of the central nervous system.

  • You are fully clothed and lying on your back

  • CST is noninvasive, it uses gentle pressure on the head, neck and back it relieve the stress and pain caused by compression. It can , as a result, help to treat a number of conditions.

  • The therapists’ hands are palpating your Craniosacral fluid and its rhythm. You will feel them holding their hands in one area for a long period of time.

  • Mobilizing the tissues in 4 diaphraghms ( pelvis, lower rib cage, chest, hyoid bone in your throat) with 5 grams of pressure.

What is CBD and Why Does It Work?

PACHAMAMA ENOCANNABINOID.jpg

THE ENDOCANNABINOID SYSTEM

Think about cannabinoids as message-bearers and receptor sites as the guards that receive and act on that message.

Receptors reside on the surface of cells and depending on the type of cell that receptor lives on, the effect that takes place once a cannabinoid delivers a message can impact things such as mood, immune function, cognitive function, etc.

The endocannabinoid system is essentially a network of these receptors and endogenous cannabinoids that communicate with nearly all flowing parts of the mind and body.

Scientists all over the world are continuously researching the endocannabinoid system for diversified reasons. Researchers have discovered that the ECS’s primary function is to balance our bodies’ other systems and enhance homeostasis within our bodies.

CB1 receptor distribution is found to be well documented in the brain. These receptors are highly found in cortical regions, the cerebellum, and the hippocampus. The fact that they are found in the brain helps to explain their pharmacodynamic effects.

CB2 receptors are dense in immune cells and in the peripheral nervous system. For this reason, they are thought to be important in regards to inflammation and immune function. A 2013 study conducted by the Professor of Anesthesiology, Utah University School of Medicine uncovers ample evidence that CB2 receptor activation reduces nociception.
