Join us in celebrating the Summer Solstice, as a community, at Sloan’s Lake (on the grass near the 26th and Tennyson entrance) on June 8th at 11:30am!

Frances will be guiding you through 108 sun salutations, with assistance from other teachers who you know and love from our location in LoHi.

Please bring your own mat, or feel free to connect with the earth and practice on the grass, as well as water and whatever other items you would like to support your practice.
