Frances Foster - CYT, Reiki Master, Channel, and Social Media Manager

Frances is an open hearted, determined, lover of life. Her refreshingly calm demeanor instantly invites a sense of safety and peace into her classes.

She was first introduced to yoga as a six year old child when she started experiencing panic attacks and turned to Pranayama (breath work) to help her navigate living with anxiety. Through her lifelong and evolved yoga practice, her energy work with the subtle body, and her devotion to the Study of Self through Astrology & Human Design, Frances was able to navigate through her darkest days with eyes wide open to find the resilient and healing ability within herself that she believes we all possess. It is her dharma to inspire self-healing and guide her students to tap into the survivor within themselves also.

Hailing from NYC, Frances moved to Denver nearly seven years ago where she has completed a 200 hour Teacher Training program, Advanced Restorative & Yin Teacher Training programs and a Reiki Master Training program in tandem with diving deeply into her studies of Astrology and Esoteric Spirituality .

In her classes she pairs intelligent sequencing with meaningful dharma’s for a deeply healing experience. Don’t be fooled by her laid-back disposition however, still a New Yorker at heart you can expect an intense slow burn from her flows that matches the burning passion and devotion for the healing of all of humanity that resides in her heart.
